Standard Industrial Terms
Processing: Most orders for standard cutting tools are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom metalworking orders may require longer lead times as specified at the time of quote.
Carriers: We ship via UPS, FedEx, and specialized freight carriers for bulk metal orders.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has departed our facility.
International: We currently ship within the United States. Please contact us for international inquiries.
Standard Tools: Unused and unopened cutting tools may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Custom Orders: Custom-fabricated metals or specialized tools are non-returnable unless they fail to meet the agreed-upon technical specifications.
Defective Items: If a tool arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days. We will provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to large-scale returns of stock items.
